We’re furious after giant trees that grow to 150ft were planted on street by council – they block light & destroy drives

A rather overly sensational article, in keeping with The Sun’s usual tone discusses an issue local residents are having with some Dawn Redwoods, these erroneously labelled evergreens and from California are causing issues uprooting the pavements. The tone appears to blame the council for planing them, however Luton council do not have records of them being planted.
